ELIGIBILITY
Simple conditions.
The original website must be designed or built by The Digital Hive and remain continuously on our paid managed hosting plan. Every three years from the initial website launch, eligible clients may request one like-for-like redesign with no additional design fee.
If managed hosting is cancelled, suspended for non-payment or moved away, future complimentary redesign eligibility ends. Redesigns are not cash-redeemable, transferable or carried forward. Hosting fees remain payable during the relationship.
Website for Life is distinct from, and not subject to, the 31 December 2026 Price Beat campaign expiry. Full conditions are set out in clause 14 of our Terms and Conditions.

What is Website for Life?

Who is eligible for Website for Life?
The original website must be designed or built by The Digital Hive and remain on uninterrupted paid managed hosting with us, with the programme included in the accepted proposal.
How often can I request a redesign?
At each third anniversary of the initial website launch, an eligible client may request one complimentary like-for-like redesign.
What does a like-for-like redesign include?
A refreshed design within the original agreed page count and broadly equivalent functionality, using existing or client-supplied content and assets.
What is quoted separately?
New pages, copywriting, photography, integrations, major functionality changes, e-commerce expansion, premium licences and third-party charges are quoted separately.
What happens if I move my hosting?
If managed hosting is cancelled, suspended for non-payment or moved away, future complimentary redesign eligibility ends. Unused redesigns have no cash value, are not transferable and do not carry forward.
Does Website for Life end on 31 December 2026?
No. Website for Life is a permanent programme and is distinct from, and not subject to, the 31 December 2026 Price Beat campaign expiry.
